Eerie Enid and Oklahoma Ghost Town Tours
Experience the eerier side of Enid on this fascinating walking tour of some of the town’s most interesting and sometimes spooky history. You’ll hear stories of mayhem to murder and everything in between. Guided by the co-author of the book, Ghostlahoma – Over 100 Years of Oklahoma’s Haunted History, there are more than 10 stops on this tour and it’s $20 per person.
It’s a lot of fun for a night out with your friends that is something different. You can reserve your spots here:
In addition, I conduct an Oklahoma ghost town tour. This is more historical in nature and is an all day event. It is $45 per person and we start in Enid and go through Garfield, Grant, Alfalfa, and parts of Woods County and it includes a meal in an Oklahoma ghost town. We visit several towns that are now considered ghost towns. Some still have residents and buildings, some have very few structures, and some have no structures at all. I will tell you the history of each of the towns and we can stop at some of the small cemeteries along the way if the group is so inclined. Some of the towns are ideal for getting out and walking around and taking photos. These can also be scheduled by appointment if you have a group that would like to go.
If there is a different county you would like a tour of, that can also be arranged. Price and schedule may vary depending on location.
The Ghostlahoma book can be purchased through Whitechapel Press.
